About
Jonathan Santana is a first-generation immigrant born in the Dominican Republic and raised between the Dominican Republic, New York City, and Miami. He served in the U.S. Air Force as a contracting professional and deployed to Iraq in support of mission-critical operations.
Today, he leads Excelsior Consulting Services, an SBA-certified SDVOSB and HUBZone firm based in Capitol Heights, Maryland, helping clients solve procurement and operational challenges with integrity, excellence, and trusted partnership.
